When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, business name, business stage, package interest and message.
How we use your information
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, understand what kind of data setup may be useful, prepare for a call if one is arranged, and manage follow-up communication.
Form processing
The contact form is currently processed through FormSubmit, which sends the enquiry to our email inbox. FormSubmit may process the submitted form data so the message can be delivered.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond, manage the relationship, provide services, or meet reasonable business and legal record-keeping needs.
Sharing information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us run the website, process forms, manage email or deliver client work.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. Email hello@missionmetrics.io and we'll respond as soon as reasonably possible.
