The five starter numbers
- Revenue: how much money came in.
- Costs: how much you spent to make those sales.
- Profit: what is left after costs.
- Leads or enquiries: how many people showed interest.
- Conversion rate: how many leads became customers.
Once these are visible, you can set better monthly targets and decide what to fix first.
